Cambodia is indeed quite the capital letter TRIP. That's much further away from "home" than I've ever been (in this life at least). I made it as far as Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, and France many years ago.
Your use of the 4th turning and Maslow both are things I've written about in some of my articles. Maslow's pyramid is basically my best explanation for the "Bitcoin metanoia" that happens to people.
When I received my name, I was informed that I was considered to be a "warrior". While I'm not conflict averse, my goal is to be of service to all so at first that didn't make sense to me. Then I saw a random Sitting Bull quote that brought that into clarity. You have a warrior's mentality too.
As a profiler, this informs my reading of your UCET. Often I seek the intent or circumstances that gave rise to any particular thing so this is good Kontext context to offer 😉
I didn't really learn about "the Divine Masculine" or "the Divine Feminine" until I studied kundalini and Kabbalah. Even then, I think I had to distill for myself why certain Divine attributes (Sephiroth) were masculine and others were feminine.
Like I said on Once Bitten, there's sort of 2 layers to Div Masc/Div Fem too. One layer has to do with anatomical components of the spirit body which is where kundalini and all of the serpent symbolism found worldwide comes into play. The other layer has to do with categorization of Divine attributes.
Once that stuff made sense, looking at all of the other Div Masc/Div Fem pairs out there, and looking into the things they represent and symbolize. I noticed that it pretty much always fits in some way to the fundamental characteristics of penetration and reception.
Wisdom penetrates foolishness.
Power/Severity penetrates resistance.
Victory penetrates thresholds.
Those are the Divine Masculine traits/Sephiroth on the Tree of Life.
Understanding is predicated upon the reception of information in some form.
Mercy is about accepting what has already taken place.
Glory is "taken in".
Those are all the Divine Feminine traits/Sephiroth on the Tree of Life.
When we talk about how it is not virtuous to be harmless, but it is doubly virtuous to be peaceful, that's a Kabbalah teaching. Kabbalah teaches us to pair off Victory with Glory and Power with Mercy and Wisdom with Understanding. It is virtuous to have great power and to be capable of great violence. It is also virtuous to have great restraint over that power and be capable of great mercy as well. Power unchecked by mercy is imbalance. Mercy unchecked by power is imbalance. Both is Divine.
I think Yang and Yin, Osiris and Isis, Damballa and Ayida Weddo, Fu Xi and Nu Gua, God the Father and the Holy Spirit, Zeus and Hera,...these are all symbols attempting to capture this essential idea. When this set of Divine traits is embodied, you get an enlightened being.
Essentially "the Divine Masculine" is not something for biological males to attempt to embody exclusively. We want wise, powerful, victorious biological women just as much as we want wise, powerful, victorious men.
Likewise, "the Divine Feminine" is not something for biological females to attempt to embody exclusively. We want understanding, merciful, glorious biological men just as much as we want wise, powerful, glorious women.
Satosh.ee is new to me. I will have to check it out. Thanks for mentioning it.
