reorienting day around the sunlight is fun and it definitely reduces stress, gets you outdoors way more & brings clarity of purpose

Get red light bulbs. Incandescent are best.

you shouldn't sleep with the tv pointed at the bed if you leave it plugged in - red light of death. and cover the cameras on your devices.
