How long are you fasting for?

Was gonna do 1 full day. 🀞

Why? Is it for health reasons? Or a procedure?

Just to try something new ya know

Ok I get it, I fast each day. I only eat one meal a day and it’s usually dinner.

I have coffee each morning and another coffee mid morning and nothing till dinner time, I feel good and my body feels better for it.

I actually start something similar today in hope to treat allergies, got any success in this regard?

In regards to allergies sorry no I do not, however please keep us updated as I’m keen to know πŸ«‚πŸ«‘

Sure thing :)

Well, it didn’t cure the allergies, but I definitely feel better eating mostly once a day, also it forces me to be mindful of every part of the meal, so any crap food has less chances to get in

16 hours is great! Specially if you’re starting with fasting πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Ty makes me feel a little better πŸ˜†

I always recommend people to start with 8 or 10 and then move up slowly 😁

16 hours is a good fast. Enjoy some food.

Fasting is such good work, huge spectrum of benefits. Do you mean weak in comparison to your normal powerlifting kind of experience? Or just moving about the world? It normally takes me 3+ active days fasting to start feeling a substantial shift.

I would start there. Do a week of 16 hours, with 8 of those sleeping. Work your way into it.

I see a massive increase in my ability to focus in the morning. Two black coffees, exercise, and then I eat from 12-6pm.

Get a glass of water with a slice of lemon and a pinch of salt.

Or some electrolytes.

If you prepared properly, then don't worry. You'll get energized after this withdrawal period

Would it be 27h by now? What is your goal?
