I had so much success with resetting my gut health and ridding my body of inflammation through fasting. Highly recommend a 72 hour fast. 
I should definitely try it.
I’ve only done a 24h fast once years ago. But I do IF regularly.
This is a good chart to go by. I use the zero app to track my progress. 
I love this! Currently on hour 16h so my body is “ramping up fat burning”. Will use this for reference.

Will add them back up slowly after a week.
Careful with fruits though they are still full of sugar so maybe not in big quantities IMO

Yes! I’m not one to eat tons of fruit anyway. Berries are the way given they’re low on sugar.

If this drastically improves your gut health then it's probably a sign you have dysbiosis. Check out candida or h. pylori.
Yup, I got food poisoning a few times last year and I think it’s messed up my gut biome since. Every time I’ve minimized my carb intake I’ve felt great so giving it a serious try now.
Once you've been in animal-based for a bit, try a fungal cleanse using: caprylic acid, oregano extract, black walnut hull, d-limonene, and mastic gum.

You should add organ meats. Not commonly available, except for beef liver which is the best organ you can eat.
