Hmm might be an issue with my Alby hub..?

My alby hub periodically locks for unknown reasons and I have to log into it to unlock it. Are you using a Alby Cloud hosted hub or do you run it yourself?

Did you already check the logs when that happens? Any chance the Alby Hub process / the machine is being restarted?

Actually, I'm unable to zap anyone with a pink check, but I CAN zap those with gray checks.
