It depends on your budget, what you like, where you want to go. Obviously I think Costa Rica is the best, and nostr:npub14f26g7dddy6dpltc70da3pg4e5w2p4apzzqjuugnsr2ema6e3y6s2xv7lu is perfection. But also your budget.
I thought itâs extremely cheap to live in these countries đ¤

Maybe if you live in the boonies. If youâre gonna live by the beach, itâs not that cheap. Thatâs just based on my travels though.
How much per month ?
From people I talked to you can get a decent 1 bedroom for about $1k a month in San Blas which is near El Zonte. I didnât research rental costs in Costa Rica, but my guess is it would be the same or more in or near Uvita. In Guatemala I found a 1 bedroom with an awesome view of Lake Atitlan for only $500 a month. Looked at a bunch of apartments in Bitcoin Lake and they were all pretty cheap.
In El Zonte proper, Hope House rents out a 1 bedroom for something like $2k a month
I am wondering they rise the price since bitcoin became a legal tender or it was like this before đ¤
Itâs not just Bitcoin that made the prices go up. I think itâs mostly because they locked up all the gang members. El Salvador has become a huge tourist destination now and not just because of Bitcoin. In the beach towns, youâll meet more tourists who are there for surfing than bitcoin.
El Salvador is; Costa Rica not so much.
Costa rica for better touristic places, hotels & beach, it can be more expensive but you gonna find more comfort and luxury places in costa rica.
bitcoin adoption seems bigger in Costa Rica if you are in the area of the bitcoin beach and bitcoin jungle
I don't know much about El Salvador but it seems more secure now, they try to develop tourism and bring more foreigner, you'll surely be welcomed there and perhaps find some good offers to stay and for doing activities.
