Majority of trending content on nostr now is just copied from Twitter. 8-9 times out of 10.
I’m neutral to this personally, but just keep this in mind before you send your hard earned freedom units to these posts.
I’m not going to call it being duped, but if you’re nostr only you need to understand this reality.

I have19k followers on Twitter. They shadow-banned me a couple years ago to linking to my website…that pages the bills. Fine, their rules. But it’s not worth posting anymore - essentially zero reach. IG does help the business and I need to take that seriously this year.
Twitter: today one of the three people I follow for Bitcoin content had someone in his comments say, “Hey - I don’t see you on my feed any more.” And he replied that the algorithm just changed.
I haven’t been here long enough to fully understand Nostr but I have a very good sense of what it’s not.
More importantly, I treated myself to wheat toast with the Ghee today. What a treat!

It's getting better. Nostr has been around long enough I see people reposting old stuff I made to post on Nostr now too.

I’ve noticed. Sign of high time preference individuals who don’t want to work hard to earn those sats the honest way.
