Surprised to hear a coworker complaining about Trump pardoning Ross today. Probably shouldn't be, but I wonder if they really think he should be locked up for life without parole.

I think people are ready to hate on anything Trump does. If the Dems had pardoned Ross the mainstream would’ve loved it.
For sure, they would have talked about the criminalization of drug use being immoral or something like that. These are the same people celebrating(rightly so) the decriminalization of pot.
Trump could have pardoned Jesus and they would’ve complained.
Ask why. I like to ask why when I have friends that say things like this. I don't argue, I just try to understand. Often my suspicions are confirmed but sometimes I learn something.
They were claiming that the website was used for child porography - adamant about it. I wasn't in a spot where I felt comfortable discussing it further, and everyone else around us were just rolling their eyes at them anyway. I just let them blow of steam and parrot whatever they had read or heard online.

The fake news is still peddling the same "murder for hire" fiction used to smear Ross during the trial. Best to send anyone interested in learning more to a better source like Reason Mag.
