Sooo

Because of you guys, I know seed oils are bad, and I’m trying to get rid of them in general (it’s working pretty good tbh) alongside trying to eat less processed food, that’s a bit of a struggle some days.

Today decided to buy odorless coconut oil for cooking (didn’t know that was a thing), usually I was grabbing olive oil, but that doesn’t work too well 😅.

So yeah, after I went to the gym, I decided to buy a steak aswell to test out this coconut oil. And wow, I’m convinced.

This should be healthy right?

I would stick with olive oil or butter

Why?

Because this coconut oil must be processed as hell. Where is it coming from anyway? Probably from another continent.

I don’t think it’s too processed tbh. But yeah, not sure where it’s coming from.

Unrefined is not heavily processed.

Bleaching and Deodorizing, and may involve chemical solvents like hexane.

Always get the virgin fruit oils. Or butter or tallow.

It doesn’t really specify on the packaging. But I don’t see any chemicals or weird processing either

Coconut oil is extracted from the coconut meat. They seperate the meat into milk and oil and sell both.

fatworks.com get some tallow. Its amazing for frying so many things. I use butter for eggs, tallow for meat, olive oil cold for dressing things, but until youve had potatos fried in tallow you haven't lived

As a Belgian, I won’t be able to buy that I think. I was looking for tallow aswell, but this coconut oil seemed a bit more reasonable for now

Coconuts cannot reason. Do you not remember Kamala? In any case, tallow is pretty easy to make small batches on your own if you visit a butcher they always have fat trimmings to get rid of.

What? Coconuts cannot reason? 😅

Make Ghee yourself it has a higher burning temperature then butter and it's simple to make, also has a little nutty flavor to it.

Do not use butter or olive oil to fry

If I had the time, I would maybe do that.

It's 20mins work for a monthly produce

Oh okay. I might check it out then later!

Atleast try it with a little amount ;)

Well, later 😅

THIS IS THE WAY!!!!!

And also the perfect pan 👌🏽

I love that pan! It’s not stainless steel tho, I just figured that out

It’s not?!

No, it’s inox. I had no idea!

Mate inox is stainless steel haha it’s just another name

Omg.

I’ll be leaving now. Thx, bye

🤣

Noice!
