I am experimenting with a new relay settings page. What do you think?

Looks nice. Though, would be nice if there was more clarifications on what the icons represent

Liked it.

Maybe you could add a relay log in the nip 11 page too.

Relay login? Like for nip46?

Log. To see the errors and other stuff

Humm interesting!

I like it, maybe some icons like the ones we currently have to represent each section. Perhaps a tab-based interface can also keep everything more organized and clear. But they are only suggestions, currently what you show is more intuitive than the interface we currently have.

Also excited to see that soon we will have cache relay

This makes a metric shit-ton of sense to me. ๐Ÿณ Would the nip-65 abide?

Yep

It's much more explanatory, which is great. I like it.

Looking good ๐Ÿ’ช

Somehow I don't see the option there for merging New Threads and Conversations ๐Ÿ˜œ

There isn't one :( it never made sense to me.

Yeah, I guessed that that's something you are against ๐Ÿ˜… I just get annoyed when I scroll the wall all the way to "last seen" and then forget to switch to do the same on the other wall.

I have a limited list of 13 people or so that I actually read (using listr) and so there it would be cooler to just have a single wall. The 13 people bring enough of novel and disjoint content, so that's quite sweet experience for me.

I feel like it's a little too verbose and confuse. I like the "local cache" option, tho

Nice, I like it!!

Maybe it's a bit crowded to have an "Add new relay" option in every section?

Could it be moved to a single "Add new relay" button that ask the user what is that relay for in a second step?

Btw, is there any Android app to be used as a local cache right now?

One suggestion, create a way to add Tor just to some relays, without having to activate it for everyone.

What about http calls for videos and images?

Being able to change the timeout would be great (Tor user here).

IPFS integration for videos and images would be sweet, and fully decentralise-able. It would likely need long timeouts too.

No, I meant the regular https images, videos, live streams etc. do you need to setup when to use those in Tor as well?

No, let's assume I use 5 relays and one of them is .onion, I would like to connect to 4 via clearnet and .onion via Tor separately. for the sake of speed, actually this is because I run a relay .onion, but I want to connect to the others without tor.

Very interesting! I assume you keep orbot running all the time?

Yes ๐Ÿง
