It's very hard to try to come up with words to describe the experiences over the past week in Miami. Spending time with my Nostriches and Bitcoiners, building relationships, strengthening old ones and forging new ones will always be seen as some of the most memorable times in my life. You are family. You are loved.
The conference itself was great, talking to people in the halls, booths, and at the Open Source Stage, however for me and I believe most of us, the real conference was all of our side events and evening activities. This is where the true conference was in my opinion. We had no grifters or scammers. We didn't have NFTs or altcoins. Honestly, we didn't really talk all that much about Bitcoin either. We discussed Nostr and everything else. We were growing Nostr IRL. We were growing our extended family and hatching new Nostriches along the way.
We purple pulled thousands of new Nostr users. We showed them love and compassion. We were just humans being humans, as it should be. It was beautiful.
From the taco party, to the beach parties, to karaoke night, to the hackathon, and every bar and restaurant in-between, this week was filled with so many memories that it would be impossible to name everything that happened, as everything is near and dear to my heart.
