Always has been. He ran off 90s democrat policies with trade tariffs, border concerns, did more against the 2a than the Ds did etc
This list doesn't even include all of his fuck ups. One of the ones that really chapped my ass is when he *almost* vetoed a really bad spending bill, but all the people around him started screeching that a government shutdown would tank his reelection chances and he caved and signed the bill.
