When I first had the realization that nostr needed more people noting, I made it a loose habit to post 3 times a day: something to read, something to look at, and something to watch or listen to. Then on Friday evenings, I would ask a small talk question. The other homebodies would answer & conversate in my replies. I think that went on for a few months. It was so fun. It's still crazy early but not "Dawn's silly Friday questions are poppin" early anymore... it's been amazing to watch this grow.
