how early is early ? like 8pm-10pm? I haven’t done that since middle school I think, honestly it’s a shame bc 9pm-4am would be the preferred sleep cycle, I just can’t seem to fall asleep before 11pm

10 pm is the sweet spot for me. Reading and minimizing screen time helped me with my sleep cycle.

An hour before bed you end your screen time or?

I’m progressively getting better but I try 1 hour. I also turn my phone to screen black and white towards the end of the end, that has also helped.
