nostr:npub1cmgqvz7xr07euwkum3mjghjqcu4d3k2fcyf6g4uwwe5ggnd6fetq0wrzd2 I usually get up at 2:45 am to get my running done before work. I’m a teacher, so during the holidays I sleep long until 5:15 or 5:30 am. At 47 there are days that require some self-convincing. But I‘m running with audiobooks or podcasts, they do keep me company. And with fellow Mastodon-runners like nostr:npub1vu384fd9kv8phsxgap5kavahvkgwknurslxexxqgtaat652peh3srrfyyf there‘s nothing I wouldn‘t try to achieve.

Now, my body starts the “shutdown" process at 8:50 and I'm usually dead asleep by 9:30. Honestly, it's amazing.
