Blocks yes. Transactions with embedded data, no.
Setting these values in bitcoin.conf doesn't do anything, you have to apply the patch to Core or run Knots because inscriptions (transactions with arbitrary data escaped with OP_FALSE in tapscript) bypass datacarrier rules
The patch is easy to apply and runs great 🥳
