Maybe try the Vesica Institutes vibrational Radesthesia course. I’ve been working with that for less than a year now and can test for qualities in almost anything I can focus on. One of the recent things I’ve learned to do that with is being embodied. My Reiki instructor detected I was a bit out of body and helped put me back in. A couple weeks later I felt a little off, testing with that system. Then it was simple to get back to an embodied state. I’ve corrected all kinds of things through a similar process.

I didn't even know I was disembodied, I was just very bad at things everyone else thought were very easy. My doctor asked me about video games in our first session, which ones I preferred etc. I said I found FPS games claustrophobic because the hands were so close to the viewer, I preferred RPGs because I could see all around me like normal.

And that's how at age 37 I learned that I was essentially playing the Sims my whole life and it was actually super abnormal to perceive things from above 🤣😂😭

I’m very much the reverse. At age 30 I had my first Reiki lesson which was when if first could say I had ever felt something I knew was supernatural. Two and a half years later I’m using “supernatural” abilities on a daily basis and can perceiving all kinds of things in ways I didn’t think possible.

The Vesica institute has been an incredible resource in my awakening journey.
