It's really good!

I have tried protein powders in the past. I didn't notice any improvement even after continuous use, say over a month.

Though my dient is only meat and I get lots of creatine from my food, the creatine supplementation made a noticibale difference when it comes to athletic performance. I'm quite satisfied with it. Hope you will be too.

I've been on 10g a day (in 2 - 5 g doses) for over a year. I'm 57 and 150 lbs. No stomach upset when I put it in my protein shakes. I notice the biggest differences in mid-heavy lifts, like power cleans at 75%.
