All I ate was McDonalds and foods with seed oils for over a year, it RUINED my health, I’m still recovering from it.

I have cut out seed oils, been eating steak with eggs cooked in ghee, hitting gym consistently, sea moss smoothies, etc. in just a few months I feel and look so much better 🏋️‍♂️🤙

I will never go back.

Amazing how #bitcoin changes your habits 🤙

Exactly, bitcoin sends you down many rabbit holes. Health is one of them. 🤙

It's holes after holes. I like that.

It never really ends too!

Honestly I still eat McDonald’s too much. Cheaper than grocery’s. I’d love to cook steaks but I hate pan fried steaks and can’t get a BBQ where I live. Only thing I can really make that I like is chicken breast and spaghetti. Lol

Just be careful, i developed a chronic issue where my scalp flakes. I’ve pinned it down to poor eating habits back during covid lockdowns. Its being reversed by eating saturated fats and working out though 👍

Yeah agreed I got bad dandruff if that’s what you mean. Other than that my body’s taking it like a champ. 4 years strong of McDonald’s almost everyday 🤣 definitely can’t live like this in a few years though I’m still young.

Yeah my scalp went from dandruff, to developing a mild case of Scalp Psoriasis. Tried everything to try get rid of it, but turns out it only flared up when I ate bad quality food.

Get an air frier and fill your freezer with steaks, thank me later 😂

What's a sea moss smoothie and what's the logic behind that?

Sea moss is a super food, high in magnesium and potassium- contains 92 out of the 102 minerals contained in the human body. So helps with thyroid, sexual health, energy levels, immunity and respiratory health, nourishes the skin, etc etc

Any reason not to just consume ionic minerals directly instead of obtaining the minerals through the algal plant material?

I’m not too sure, do you have any recommendations?

If you can tolerate the algae then I'd keep going down that path. Some can't, but I know Japanese people have actually developed the gut machinery to do so over generations, so there is an evolutionary precedent.
