Many people think getting salads will help with weight loss but they often have more calories than a double big mac

It’s mostly the dressing.

"calories" is fiat anyway

It's the wrong objective function. Fat/protein ratio is a better objective function because the goal is to feel full at the desired time. Fat triggers to full receptors in the brain. You can't gain weight on a carnivore diet.

Can I do carnivore diet without losing weight?

Swap 1kg 80/20 with 1.2kg 70/30

Fattier beef. Where I'm from, ground beef is often batched into different lean/fat ratios. So increase your portion and use fattier beef; same protein, more calories.

Or just add more of the same and work out more to gain mass.

Carbs is fiat, for most who are having trouble with diet, e.g. bouncing back and forth.

Who tf paying that for a Caesar salad without even any protein added?!

I'd say vegetarians, but caesar dressing isn't even vegetarian.

Why would you add protein?

Don’t need to. But that price, damn

Chemicals. Everywhere.

The real sin is the price. Fiat….

Unfortunately most people use salads as a way to mainline cheese and seed oil sludge called “dressing”

They think they’re being healthy.

I don’t eat the food my food eats!

Balsamic vinaigrette is the way to go with a salad.

Making salad yourself solves 2 of these problems (price, nutrition)

Ingredients:

- Spring Mix

- Croutons

- Veggies

- Beans

- Quinoa

- Hummus

- Nutritional yeast

Please report back after trying my salad 🥗

+1 on adding the yeast. That sounds good
