I think a good meditation practice, among others, is try and live as much moment as possible. The more moments you live the more you have slowed down. The more aware you are.

It's about catching every moment consciously. Well, as much moment as possible.

Thich Nhat Hanh has a very valid point.

What is his point?

To live the moment. Every breath, every step, be present, be aware.

This is a good observation. I’ve always had the ability to live in the moment and time goes very slowly.

People say “the year just fly by!” And I cannot relate. I feel like I’ve already live multiple lives and I’m 40.
