Being in nature is ESSENTIAL for humans = true wilderness, a place you cannot see or hear any cars, buildings, etc..

When we are divorced from nature we begin to go crazy.

Get into the wilderness if life feels like too much, I promise you everything will make more sense there.

Well said!!!

πŸ’― I wrote an article about how the Wim Hof method even strengthens that connection with raw nature πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Yes! It’s like nature is the ultimate therapist. No cars, no concrete, just you and the wild pure medicine.

It's always the remote mountains to me. The longer the solo hike, the more you feel the connection and the energy.

And you realize the nonsense of the cities. In the city, everything is governed by the over-financialized incentives and bureaucratic rules. While in the nature, it's the pure economy optimizations of life.

I always feel better when I'm around a grove of trees. I hike and walk through dense greenery/wilderness areas in my city regularly. 😊

I got out of the office and into welding for this very reason.
