What did you hack and was it worth it?

I would say the biggest impact was curing my allergies and other afflictions. So it was more a getting to 100%, instead of going beyond 100%

how?

hayfever

with paleo diet (mainly gluten abandonment)

hypermobility and Carpal tunnel syndrome

with Cissus quadrangularis, collagen protein and grip exercises

hip dislocation

with barefoot shoes, fasciae tools, running and squat training

to name a few 😀

did you try carnivore?

semi carnivore when tried keto diet, but i would vomit eating only meat for days.

For me vegan and carnivore are the opposite extremes of the same pendulum

What are you eating? Diet?

laissez-faire paleo, with some supplements. Cutting out gluten, sugar and industry milk is key. 20-24 hours strict fasting (only water) once a week.

Was on keto diet for a few times to trigger my metoblism

Paleo w/ nuts and honey?

almonds are gold, honey now and then.

i avoid most other nuts like cashew or peanuts (no nuts btw), same for soybeans and sunflower seeds

I stopped eating nuts, but like honey and cheese. 👌

I prefer goat cheese to cow cheese, it's closer to human milk

Sleep schedule?

bed time 22-23 o'clock, 7-8 hours sleep is target . Every hour before midnight is precious.

No eating at least 2 hours before bed.

blue light filter glasses when working at screen after 20 pm. ZMA and HTP-5 gives you a deep sleep.

Breaking now and then with the shedule is fine for the weekend though.

I sleep 4.5-5h on weekdays, 7-8h on the weekend. Going to bed at the same time every night.

sounds not enough for me. 6 hours is also fine i guess, as long as the sleeping routine is constant and in accord with the sun light.

But yeah the main principle is imo that every body functions different. When you're fine with less hours and you're fit, why not?

What about something like cbd (Cannabidiol)?

A hype from my point of view. But as said before, every body is different.

Using hemp protein nearly daily thought.
