I’m not commenting yet - my microdose isn’t complete. It’s 4 days on, 3 off, 4 on, 3 off. I’m in my first 3 off days. I’m not qualified to extrapolate on the full experience. I’ll revisit when it’s done and my brain has had a chance to recalibrate

😂😂😂. It’s hilarious to me that when my friends did mushrooms when I was younger I went nowhere near it. I was always “scared” of my own mind. I’m very glad I decided to microdose though and I’ll probably go deeper but I feel like I have my most profound thoughts about life/death and our place in this universe while fasting. That’s my drug of choice.
A cleansing of the spirit to allow for connection to the supernatural. Fasting has been a ritual/rite of passage for many peoples.

72 hours is my go to. Somewhere between hour 40-50 seems to be my sweet spot for feeling like I’m in some higher level of consciousness or euphoria. Once I get to the other side of hunger.
I will definitely start going longer this summer. I yearn for that feeling and I hate when it leaves.
