Lack of sleep and two rounds of coffee have been our normal since the birth of my first daughter, exactly four years ago.
Someone once told me that kids who don’t sleep much are born to teach their parents how to slow down. That really resonated with me. Knowing myself and my husband, we definitely needed that lesson — and we're still very much in the learning phase 😅
Big thanks to our kids for taking all the time they need to pass on these precious teachings and making sure the message really sinks in 🤣
That being said… we just had two decent nights in a row 🎉 so I had the energy and space to get a bunch of things done calmly — including a breathwork session that felt SO damn good.
