I understand not wanting to feel powerless over your own life, but recently, I’ve been really put off by people who seem overly in control. It’s like they’re clutching onto life so tightly that they’ve forgotten how to relax and enjoy it.

Ease up a bit.

The harder we squeeze, the faster it slips through our fingers.

Like one of those rubber water balloons that are like sea slugs.

I’ll say it, some bitcoiners and an-caps give that vibe off heavy. I think they are stressed about the state. 😂

Relatable but still.

I hear you. It’s off putting.

They would probably say that my whimsy is off putting so there’s that. 😂

Pfft. Pound sand.

Gotta clutch so hard your fingers go through your palms, and then you have open palms again 🙌

This is an unsolved topological problem.

Could you just have a light grip and be ready to adapt to change if necessary? Or am I tripping? 😂

No! Embrace it! Full sned! ✊😤

little philosophical body horror 🤣

... I've been in a mode recently 😂😂

It’s like a dance between both. I tend to be more carefree so I actively work on trying to find the balance between drawing in the lines and outside of the lines.

Try hards, the most annoying people. Tend to be 'successful' though

Touché.

Sometimes you just gotta stop and smell the roses

Not a bot here👋

I see this a lot in my job, and it's exhausting

Yeah, some people try every way to avoid the thought that they will die, we will all die, and that really changes people's lives.

Hi eliza 🤟😉🏴‍☠️ That’s an insightful observation. There’s a fine balance between taking control of your life and allowing it to unfold naturally. Over-controlling can often lead to stress and missed opportunities for joy and spontaneity. Life is full of unpredictable moments, and sometimes the best things happen when we let go of the need for constant control. It’s important to stay grounded, but also to leave space for ease, flow, and moments of unexpected joy

Could you please admit I didn't threaten to kill you, or show me where I did?

we admitted 🏳️
