Perfect is a myth.
Good enough is good enough. Iterate and improve. Get gooder every day.

This, but as a valentines card. π

βYouβre not perfect, but youβll doβ π
Sheβll love it.
Do women want the honest truth or a sugar-coated bullshit?
I think, women want to see actions and results
Sugar coated truths
Male speculation:
They want sugar-coated bullshit, but they want you to be able to say it with a straight face, which means either you're deluded into believing it or you're a total psychopath (preferably the former)
ππ
Good (enough) gets you going;
Perfect bogs you down.
#wisdom
My dad has a saying he picked up from his time in the military: "Perfect is the enemy of good enough."
Exactly right - and I had that in mind when I typed my post in. π
I had a similar mentality working as an engineer and now when making software. You can't have a "perfect" garden in this world.
The thing I've learned working professionally as a software developer is that everything is trade-offs. The best thing you can do is learn to recognize all the trade-offs so you can make the ones that appear most favorable.

"Baby, you look good enough tonight" ... might backfire, just sayin... π
so you are saying that "damn, you actually look good today" isn't a compliment?! π³
"Look good" and "Look good enough" are two very different messages π€£
π - yesterday terrible; today actually good.
"Babe, you're good enough. I'm so glad I settled for you."
π€£ " I found a high percentage of what I was looking for when I found you."
"The trade-offs I made when I married you were a decent compromise." π
"Roses are red
Violets are blue
I accepted my lot in life
When I met you"
