Help needed. I am setting up nostr:npub10efcj7x65z2ak6vd69xr8f2hvqwuaqrhlygl3yqa4y63hfvc02mqwzaeh3 via my nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll node to get a nostr:npub1y2qcaseaspuwvjtyk4suswdhgselydc42ttlt0t2kzhnykne7s5swvaffq wallet for my kids Xmas present. So far I have set up the admin account so I can add the api extensions. The bit I’m stuck on is that it says I need to be using .onion not .local. How do I do this? I’m currently on a Mac using safari and chrome. I have downloaded a tor browser but this can’t find the nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll node so at a bit of a lose. Any help will be much appricated 🫡👍🏼

Are you connecting to your start9 on the tor browser to its onion address? It won’t be able to use the local address through tor

My nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll is on an only laptop and I’m viewing it on my Mac using the ip address.

So this lightning rabbit hole is quite deep and pushing my level of technical competency to the limit. The nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll guides are brilliant though. Turns out i needed to open a lightning channel on LND (doing so now) hopefully this will allow the wallets in nostr:npub10efcj7x65z2ak6vd69xr8f2hvqwuaqrhlygl3yqa4y63hfvc02mqwzaeh3 to work 🤞🏻it’s obvious now but for a newbie here there is a lot to learn. All this for a kids piggy bank 😂 they better like it 🫡
You know AlbyHub made opening lightning channels and connecting to mobile wallet really really easy, not sure if its compatible with the porkbank but might be worth exploring
