Awesome! I eat 99% raw and only fruits and vegetables, next to nuts and seeds and sometimes sprouted oat flakes. I believe I do eat quite a big variety of everything :) Sprouts are an amazing addition to every meal. They are full of vitality and enzymes, which are amazing for gut health too 🌱🫶🏻

Not really…I’m holistic nutritionist…So I kind of automatically choose good combinations :)
