It fixed my marriage

Is that even possible?

Yes, I average about 3lbs of steak every day & almost never eat more than 2 meals, often just 1.

That’s something I never even imagined. How much time passes between you wake up and your first meal?

6 hours

I’ve gotta read into this. Sounds interesting.

Thank you!

I usually eat between 11 & 2, but if I know I will be busy then I may eat early. I generally try to keep my meals within a 4 to 6 hour window & I try not to eat too late.

If I eat an unusally large amount one day, I may not be as hungry the next day, so I eat less. If I eat very little one day I may eat more & earlier the next day. Once you break the carb addiction it becomes much clearer that hunger is not really an hour to hour sort of concern (unless you are just generally eating far too little), the more volatile desire for food that people confuse with hunger is usually just a sugar craving.

I do it frequently but it's really hard psychologically, I don't usually last more than a week.

Definitely doesn’t fix everything, especially in this context. You can’t come close to maximizing protein effectiveness (for muscle protein synthesis) with one serving per day. Best heuristic is 4 servings of equal size. Ref: Peter Attia Drive #224 with Don Layman.
