I need some help.

I’m trying to connect my son’s Alby wallet to my Alby Hub so he can utilize my LN node’s liquidity.

When he scans the QR code given he gets the error below. Tried it 3 times.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about this! It should be fixed in the latest version of Alby Go. Can you try updating?

Ah see it’s fixed, might have had the same issue

I suggest you just have him install Alby Go app and create an isolated wallet on your Alby hub, he doesn’t need a Alby account for it

Well, turns out he was using Alby Go.

Does it work for yourself? Where is Alby Hub running? Their cloud, Start9 , Umbrel?

That should be fixed with the latest release of Alby Hub. Can you try upgrading?
