A drug smuggler is losing altitude while flying through a storm over the city. While being chased by a fighter jet. To ensure they dont go to prison he has the co pilot start dumping out all the lsd into the storm. Which all gets dissolved into the rain on its way down.

Thousands of people in the football stadium. People walking their dogs on the street corner. Everyone in the city who got caught in the rain drops of lsd starts to trip balls. We see what they see as the audience as all the wild and craziness ensues.

I am going to tweak this story a bit. Maybe brainstorm with ai, but I think this is a good start!
