Do you know if there's a red light setting for Android devices as well?

They only know Apple. They can't understand the complexity of Android and open source software.

I have an app called native EMF for android, see photo below.

I still wear blue blockers on top as I don't think it blocks 100% of the blue light.

Tbh just changed my life with the color filters 😅

I've enjoyed @Paul for a while. I hope he keeps putting his content here even if he doesn't get paid as much for it as he does for the advertising and tracking elsewhere.

I’m going to try red mode, thanks! I don’t keep the phone by the bed though. Maybe I will switch it to red mode during my wind-down time. It’s a good idea.

More EMF BS from people who don't know the science. WiFi and bluetooth are 5 inch long waves. Water, which your body is made of, blocks wireless signals. So, unless you have a 5 inch hole in your head those waves cannot get to your brain.

If you do have a 5 inch hole in your head you will definitely want your phone handy to call 911.

Bill is right

Great info, Bro. I think implementing even one idea for a few weeks will work wonders. Once you get the first one dowm, stack on the second idea. Make small changes slowly. 1% better every day.
