Id go with amount of books. Schedules can change day in and day out.

Agreed, and for me, I don't let having a goal stop me from putting a book down forever that isn't giving me value after 25% or so

Riddler reads 3 books a day minimum. π€£
Not quite! I did read 10 in the last 2 weeks π€£
Putting us all to shame π«
Damn. What did you read? We need Riddler book reviews.
I normally read between 70-100 books a year but shifting to quality over quantity.
Revenge of the Tipping Point, The Anarchist Teachings of Yeshua, The Anarchist Banker, Spontaneous Order were a few from last week.
Now im reading Resistance Money and We Who Wrestle With God
Wow! nostr:npub1jzuma368395gu523y4vk4d34p0lxgctk436hggn4qcuj93075qgqtn3vm0 said, βso he doesnβt watch TV?β
I have the TV on for background noise π. The noise helps increase my concentration and reading comprehension. It sounds weird but seems to work!
70-100 books per year?? Holy bananas how many hour per week do you spend reading?
Honestly, idk haha. I should document it more. Iβm a part time hermit π
I'll join, my ADD won't let me read one book to completion. Maybe that's my goal, finish a book π
Good goal! Weirdly I find reading anywhere between 7-15 books at one time means I have an easier time finishing books. I need to rotate.
Yeah that was my goal last year! For one I just did 2-4 pages per day until I got it done (I missed plenty of days). Sometimes you just aren't that into it that's cool too. Some books I just really love reading and they carry me to the end but others it's page by page. Go easy on yourself with it!
I believe in you fren you got this! π«π
Same here, but you can work towards crystallizing the ideas you've encountered over time. You don't need to read whole books, but you do need to understand them to produce something coherent.
