Most of the accounts you’re zapping are actually the same person. Specifically these

Bots are gonna scrap a ton of zaps 😅
Yep
And lately i’m seeing different accounts (that look like bots) reutilize the same memes someone else posted with a few hours difference 😅
They want ALL THE ZAPS 😭
and even if web of trust is a way to mitigate… if one person in our social graph follows them, it’s easier others will …
Anyhow, bots will be bots🙃
Is there a nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7erfw36x7tnsw43z7un9d3shjqpqpvz2c9z4pau26xdwfya24d0qhn6ne8zp9vwjuyxw629wkj9vh5lshndjmv for identifying and annihilating bots from your follow list? 🧐
Not that I’m aware of but if they have specific or common characteristics, it might be possible to build something. Just not sure what criteria would be needed to identify them all.
Yeah, tricky thing to establish the criteria. There is something about velocity of reply to many accounts almost simultaneously.
But other than that i struggle to find more common giveaways 🧐
Maybe it’s the frequency and similarity of replies relative to the creation date, and lack of non-reply posts. I’ll give this some thought, it’s probably a feature I can spec for my upcoming app called Mutable.
Nice!!! 🤙🤙🤙
It’s in the works, I’ll make sure you are notified when it’s ready to test.
