No didn’t receive the DM, I think messages are not working reliably on Shopstr right now. I asked Shopstr support about the missing item, they told me to check with nostr:npub1kvaln6tm0re4d99q9e4ma788wpvnw0jzkz595cljtfgwhldd75xsj9tkzv mint but I wasn’t able to find out any more info from them either. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Are you using gift-wrapped DMs or regular? I just sent you a regular one since you didn’t get the others from 0xChat. Alternatively, we can take this to email if you’d like. šŸ˜„

The messages sent through nostr:nprofile1qqs2xugc5jyguqkj36rk0syv4tmnkjdtmtperttl7x9rqjy3ustdcvcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qg6waehxw309aek2mnyd96zumn0wdnxcctjv5hxxmmd9uxa0uz8 are NIP-17 gift-wrapped DMs, so if your usual client doesn't support them (currently only Amethyst, Coracle, and 0xchat do if I'm not mistaken), you have to head over to the site to view them under "inquiries."

The products you just have to click "load more" a few times until your products show up; after 2 weeks they aren't loaded immediately anymore. For the messages, if nothing is coming up it must be that the payments were delivered with a NIP-04 DM rather than a gift-wrapped one, and that is no linger supported.

If nothing is coming up still, in both cases that would mean the relays you're connected to didn't receive those events or have been deleted.

Yeah not seeing DM replies inside Shopstr either for some reason.

Weirdly enough, I was able to see some Shopstr-related NIP-17 DMs in 0xChat but nothing shows up on the website at all (under orders or inquiries).

For example, here’s the DM I got for nostr:npub1q8gth72n0mcl6rwls905rsvfvuu0dgaq7cq028rc9d7c3ygnp4xq84awvk’s order a couple weeks ago.
