The type of person who imagines that they can design the world reasons from abstractions
The type of person who doesn't imagine that (often) reasons from concretes
(I'm not quite that high on Rand but I find the broad narrative insightful)
They think that without distinguishing features, an amorphous blob, there will be nothing to divide people and so their utopia can flourish.
They point blank ignore humanity’s tendency towards natural hierarchy. Even in their homogeneous vision, people will find ways to separate and form groups and those groups will once again have animosity toward one another and the cycle will repeat.
Destruction is all they know. They can’t harness inherent strengths, easier to just tear things down.
Physical separation from these people and ejection from society of anyone who reverts back towards these beliefs is the only way forward.

Diversity and Equity are oxymorons. They are complete opposites.
Diversity = the condition of having or being composed of differing elements.
Equity = making everything the same
Well, it has been obvious for a long time that they only ever wanted superficial diversity so long as everyone was really the same. They'll call a black guy with a conservative thought an uncle tom at the drop of a hat. They just want multicolor NPCs.
