Do you see my reaction to your reply on primal?

Yes

Not on Primal

Yeah ok, so what I suspected seems true. Need to use specific reactions or it doesn't work. Great.

I assume it’s specifically just the red heart reaction on Primal?

So I kinda should stop using the others or people will not see them. 🫠 nostr:nprofile1qqspw5udc2nzw6wsj3plrrphe0343744h0ucz9e4g248chl3w8kh03qpp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpz3mhxue69uhkummnw3ezummcw3ezuer9wcq3yamnwvaz7tmsw4e8qmr9wpskwtn9wvmr4rzg I can't believe I have to say it but we need a reaction compatiblity tracker.

Simple solutionβ€”stop using reactions 🀣🀣

Gotta take those shots when I get the chance 🀣

Wouldn't have it any other way πŸ«‚ I'm still waiting for an android app that has onlyzaps, so I'll have my fun now 😁

πŸ˜‚πŸ’œ

FWIW your reaction to that reply above shows in Nostur

Yeah I guess it shows everywhere somehow, except on primal πŸ€”

Can you also react on that same reply with a red heart, or whichever you think will show in Primal? I’m curious if it will then show the other reaction in the count

I can't add the read heart I think. The shaka seems to work tho.

When you add '+' , amethyst adds it

Thanks, forgot about this. πŸ˜‚

Np πŸ˜πŸ€™if nothing else, I usually remember stuff.

I used one of my test accounts in Nostur to add a like on that reply and it shows in Primal. Nostur uses + which shows as a red heart in the UI.

Yes the + (red heart) and πŸ€™ seem to work. Everything else just doesn't seem to show on primal.

Yes it is. But I kinda feel I have to use supported reactions or users might not see them, which is kind of of against the purpose of using them. I think it's ok to show a heart or a shaka or whatever to whatever reaction, but the reaction should be taken into account somehow πŸ‘€

The original issue in the nostrability link above is some apps count likes and all other reactions as likes.

Whereas some end users may utilize negative sentiment reactions, which shouldn’t be counted as likes.

I hear what you’re saying. Let me see how I can best formulate the multiple reactions problems to the devs.
