Watch how hard China and Russia denounces the displacement of the Palestinian people. They don’t care. No one does. They are worried about Israel, and the US, controlling the world’s shipping lanes.

The Great Game is back. Thing is, the Chinese have shown a level of ability where execution matches with rhetoric. America has only been able to “speak loudly”. This might change with the new administration, but I’ve been smack in the middle of it all for decades so not holding my breath.

It’s a tough one. I’m naturally curious and enjoy attempting to understand the “big picture” and try to educate myself as much as possible. I think it’s important to ask “why”, but then even more important to not let the answers make you nihilistic.
