So why would weed during the day impact sleep? Maybe you connected with his mention of stress? Or this is mostly just anecdotal that works for you?

Fair. Neither am I. But I like to study neurobiology via podcasts. Stress impacts cortisol which impacts sleep so you might be onto something ⚡️
