How do you think the Rabbit device is going to expand. Upsells? Marketplace?

I'm no expert but hardware doesn't seem like a great business unless you charge premium and ship new product every year like the iPhone.

The marketplace model seems more likely - manufacture the hardware and allow vendors to compete for attention with their experiences.

Is there some sort of data licensing deal that's possible? Perhaps they are just in it to harvest and sell the data even though they explicitly say they will not sell data?

Thoughts?

Won’t they just get a % of the revenue they drive to all the apps?

So like an affiliate deal? Yeah that’s possible

Imagine 1 or 2% from everyone’s Expedia bookings 😳

Hrmm probably time to start looking at airline shitcoins to trade if booking trips gets easier real fast 📈

Middlemen middlemen middlemen!

Software, marketplace and additional gadgets would be my guess

Maybe an LLM smartwatch or some other sort of wearable

Curious how much they could potentially take advantage of being one of the first movers (not aware of any others really, but i haven't delved into the field either). Licensing etc

Was very surprised it didn't need a subscription

They could insist on charging that later and yeah same good surprise

True

(For now) 😆

It was so well marketed I didn't have a clue what it was supposed to be. Looked like crap I made with Legos when I was 8 and needed a small backpack to tote it around.

They just need to insert an affiliate tag every time they buy something for their users

True, that’d be huge

Trust no one...No Thing!!

If the price is right data will get sold. If not sold, hacked by state, et al. What state body would not want that data?

Maybe states have their own data?

They're going to sell user data and spy on you

I think it'll struggle based on current features. People won't understand benefits vs just using software on their smartphone.

Yeah I suspect you could be right but software updates easy to push
