This is a legit study. Do you just recommend a grounded sheet out to a copper wire stuck in the ground? Any brands you recommend?

I’m assuming that standing bare foot in water such as the ocean or a springs (where the ground is sand vs say a river rock laden creek) accomplishes the grounding affect. Correct?

Is there any extra or diminished benefit to standing in water vs on the ground/grass itself?

Got the grounding sandals and sheets! But hard to know it actually does something… But all for alternative ways anyways. ☺️
