Keyboard shortcuts are your best friend. If you hold alt/option while long pressing the green button for your windows itβll display options to move the window to either side of the screen or to zoom.

Few tips:
Install: https://rectangleapp.com/ Mac's window management is weird.
System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Minimize windows into application icon: Check
System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Show recent applications in Dock: Uncheck
This is awesome!!!! Doing this right after the macOS software updates. Mine was older and had to find a compatible newer one so I can download the things I want.

If it's too old and doesn't get support from #Apple you can install #Ubuntu instead (as long as it's not M1,2, or 3 chip)
