No. That's incredibly dumb. There's no way in hell the Canadian people would agree to give up their national Healthcare program for the wonderous privilege of becoming part of the United States. Maybe there's some small minority of Canadians who would pay no mind to the ramifications of such a move, and voice their ignorant support, but the vast majority of Canadians would have absolutely no interest in such a thing. And the elected Canadian leaders would be against it, too. It's an absurd proposition any way you look at it.
