Someones message is "boosted" (normally) and other people can create a dollarsignboost message referring to this original post and post it on prism.

Anyone who boosts this "specialboost" message, gives their zaps to prism and prism sends them to all the reposters that it can find (I think this is how it works)

If you create a note and include $boost, after 10 reposts or 12 hours anyone who zaps the note on a client that supports splits (like snort social) splits the zap between the author and reposters.
