All organic and 99% plastic free 💚

It’s so much you can’t even see everything 😆 there is also purple carrots, tons of persimmon, kale, apples, pear, kiwi, etc etc 😅 and the lettuce it’s called “endivien” is a fleshy and fibre rich…not just water! And it’s huge…AI thing twice the size of my head 🤪

Looks good. How do you prepare the squash? The skin is very tough to peel.

Thanks 🙏🏼💜

First I cut it in half. Then I cut the oral off with a sharp knife (workout 💪🏼) then there are diefferent ways I prepare it.

Either I make a purée and muc it with seeds to make raw crackers in the dehydrator or when I really feel like eating warm, which happens now and then during winter: I cook it: cutting it into pieces and make a soup or a curry with it 😌

I always put the seeds a side, wash and dry them, to later as a snack or making powder and use it as supplement in my morning fruit bowl 💚

What’s your preferred way to have squash?

*peal

*mix

Ideas, ideas, ideas. I'll have a go at making a curry with a squash then. My partner has chimed in and said I can roast the whole thing with skin on, then take the skin off..

Yes, you can do that too...

Since I prefer not to eat vegetables that are too soft, I like to steam them very gently and only briefly, so that they still have some bite.
