Is there much or a #bodybuilding community on nostr?

I've decided to start working out.

#Question ; what is the best way to train my lats?

I want my lats to look like Bruce Lee in this photo.

That's all I am concerned with as far as bodybuilding goes all my other goals are strength, endurance, range of Motion stuff.

I don't want huge pecks or huge biceps or anything else like that, just lats.

This is my physique now.

I live on a farm but honestly my only real previous intentional exercise was dips pullups and pushups when I was incarcerated because I had nothing else to do and the body builders were the friendliest most welcoming people in there.

But I stopped training the moment I was released.

And would there be any point posting my gains on nostr?

I'm going to make my forearms bigger too.

I already know a technique for Popeye forearms I learnt from a crackhead who in a matter of weeks of getting sober and starting his exercise regime completely transformed himself from scrawny <70kg to 85kg big shoulders and forearms like Popeye.

When I say Popeye I mean the cartoon sailer that eats spinach with out of proportion forearms.

I'll do some reading and watch some videos about training lats tomorrow.

you should dp 100 pullups a day for a month and post before and after pics

10 sets of 10 spaced out each day?

Ok will give it a go, I think I'll probably feel like a rest day in the first week. But I'll give it a go

Pullups are the best lat / back exercise

That being said, you should train everything. I have big lats and comparatively small biceps, and it looks weird
