What a pointless executive order. Who does this help? Which Americans benefit from this? I was just at the store and eggs are still over $8/doz. This is just dogwhistling to a very specific segment of the population who Trump apparently feels obligated to keep pandering to. We haven't had an official language since the founding of our country and it's never been an issue. But, now it's a pressing issue that Biden should have resolved but didn't because he was old and living in a basement. It's insane that this type of reasoning is what guides US policy now.

Having two languages is the dumbest shit ever. Have you ever worked in government? Half the people can barely understand the other half because the government wants bilingual employees but it's hard to find truly bilingual workers so you end up with a bunch of people who can't understand each other.

The other issue is government forces your business to put both languages even if your customers aren't French speaking or English.

Canada is truly a unproductive ridiculous country.
