Iโve always hated running/jogging just seems like punishment. No thanks!
How long of a walk is that on average on a daily basis? Been walking a good amount the last month. Need to keep it but. But do t have electronic trackers on me.

When I was in my 20s I would think my mom was wierd for going on โwalksโ
I could only consider sprints or something kare intense as worthwhile for cardio
Now..Iโm an old cunt & love walking too ๐
