How long of a walk is that on average on a daily basis? Been walking a good amount the last month. Need to keep it but. But do t have electronic trackers on me.

Itโ€™s 8 or 9 miles a day

Oooh that's a lot. Did some of that too but my kinesiologist recommenda up to 45 mins walk a day to prevent adrenaline and cortisol activation.

You should try golfing. Once you improve enough where you can hit the ball every time, itโ€™s quite fun.

This is something I really want to get into when the time is right. Never played but I love the all the principles of it.

Carry some weight next time. Preferably in a backpack. Walking becomes rucking and burns WAY more calories.

When I was in my 20s I would think my mom was wierd for going on โ€œwalksโ€

I could only consider sprints or something kare intense as worthwhile for cardio

Now..Iโ€™m an old cunt & love walking too ๐Ÿ˜†
