I had a follow up comment that I probably should have said vegan. While possible to subsist, you’re still not getting optimal nutrition and fuel while being overly inflamed.

High quality milk, eggs, oysters, tubers and fruit are enough to get you great nutrition. What would be missing? Why overly inflamed?

I didn’t know seafood was on there, but yes, you’d need a lot of those items with no fruit and veggie items. They just don’t have as high a vitamin and nutrient content as meat, especially red meat. Usually a vegetarian diet is very carb heavy, hence the inflammation. I have yet to meet a vegetarian eating eggs, dairy, and veggies only. And even veggies are mildly inflammatory.
